1. Formation of the Contract
A binding contract between the travel organizer, accommodation, or service provider and the travelers is established upon confirmation of the booking.

2. Services of the Provider
Sports activities can be carried out in various ways:

• Support from a course instructor, a yoga teacher, a life coach, or a Pilates trainer

• Private massages (2 massages per participant)

• Personal chef and housekeeper

• Shuttle service on the specified departure date

• Guided bicycle tours

• Local game experiences

• Accommodation in a private villa

• Group classes, yoga sessions, nutrition seminars, life coaching, and provision of equipment

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

• Travel fee: The price excluding airfare corresponds to the information in the shop

• Payment terms:

  • 50% deposit: 60 days before the start of the trip

  • 50% remaining balance: 45 days before the start of the trip

  • Late payment: A 10% late fee will be added to the total price if payment is not made on time

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Up to 30 days before the trip: 20% of the travel fee

• 15–29 days before the trip: 50% of the travel fee

• Less than 14 days: 80–100% of the travel fee
  Recommendation: Take out travel cancellation insurance

In cases of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters), special regulations apply:

• Free rebooking or cancellation possible

• To avoid fees, medical reports or other documents may be required

• The travel organizer reserves the right to rearrange accommodation or offer an alternative travel date if the number of participants is too low.
  Any amount paid will be credited toward a future booking

5. Individual Conditions

• The cancellation policies (flexible, moderate, strict) of Airbnb and Booking.com apply where applicable

• Organizers of sports trips (e.g. ski trips, diving vacations) may define additional terms for certain services (e.g. ski passes or courses)

6. Booking Changes or Replacement Persons

• Name or date changes are possible

• Costs incurred by changes or transfers to another person must be borne by the customer

7. Provider Liability

• Limitations of liability: The provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure

• The travel organizer is not responsible for sports activities
