General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is established between the tour operator, the accommodation provider, or the service provider and the travelers upon confirmation of booking.
2. Services Provided by the Provider
The sports retreat includes the following services:

Supervision by a course trainer, yoga trainer, life coach, or Pilates trainer.

Private massages (2 per participant) – not included at all destinations.

Personal chef and cleaning staff – not included at all destinations.

Shuttle service on the specified departure date.
-
Optional group excursion or bike tours.
-
Group game nights.
-
Accommodation in a private villa or at least a 4-star hotel.
-
Group classes, yoga classes, nutrition seminars, life coaching, and provision of equipment.
3. Prices and Payment Terms

Travel price: The price excluding airfare corresponds to the information in the shop.

Payment deadlines:
-
50% deposit: 60 days before the start of the trip.

50% final payment: 45 days before the start of the trip.

Late payment: A 10% late fee will be added to the total price in case of delayed payment.
4. Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions

Up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the travel price.
-
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the travel price.
-
Less than 14 days: 80–100% of the travel price.
Recommendation: We strongly advise taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Special provisions in cases of force majeure (e.g. pandemics, natural disasters):

Free rebooking or cancellation is possible.

Medical certificates or other documentation may be required to waive fees.
The tour operator reserves the right to rebook the stay or offer an alternative travel date if the number of participants is too low. Payments already made will be treated as credit.
5. Individual Conditions

For bookings via platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the cancellation policies stated there (flexible, moderate, strict) apply.

Sports travel organizers (e.g. ski trips, diving holidays) may impose additional conditions (e.g. for ski passes or specific courses).
6. Rebooking or Replacement Person

Changes such as name or date modifications are possible.
-
Costs for rebooking or transferring the booking to a substitute person are borne by the customer.
7. Liability of the Provider

Limitations of liability: The provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

The tour operator holds liability insurance for injuries during sports activities and for damages caused by force majeure.

In case of deficiencies, 5% of the travel price will be refunded or a voucher for equivalent services will be offered.
8. Obligations of the Travelers

Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health condition before participating in sports travel.

Required documents such as ID, visas, or vaccination certificates must be carried.

Responsibility for personal equipment and belongings lies with the traveler. The provider is not liable for loss or damage to private property.
9. Changes to Travel Services

Changes to services are permitted under certain conditions, e.g. due to weather or illness of course/sports instructors.

In case of significant changes, the traveler has the right to withdraw or receive a price reduction.
10. Cancellation by the Provider

The trip requires a minimum of 10 participants for villa stays and 12 participants for hotel stays.

If this number is not reached 4 weeks before the trip starts, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip.

In case of cancellation, any payments already made will be fully refunded. Alternatively, a new date or trip may be offered.
11. Insurance
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation, accident, or sports insurance. These are not included in the travel price.
12. Data Protection
The processing of travelers' personal data complies with applicable data protection laws.
13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the tour operator. The applicable law is that of the country in which the provider is based.
14. Correct Name Entry During Booking

Travelers must enter their full name exactly as stated on their valid travel documents (ID or passport).

In the case of incorrect name entry (e.g. typos, abbreviations, missing middle names), problems may occur during check-in or flight bookings, possibly resulting in denial of boarding.

The traveler is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

Any required corrections must be communicated in writing to the provider without delay. Whether a name correction is possible depends on the policies of the airline or service provider and may involve additional costs borne by the traveler.

The organizer assumes no liability for disadvantages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
